Jim Diego is a founding member of the New York City-based co-ed group, "The Red States", members of CASA's Contemporary A cappella League. Their cover of Lady Gaga's "Just Dance" (arranged by Jim) was recently featured on "Sing Six: Sunny Side Up".

Jim Diego has dance training in hip hop and street jazz from several top instructors in the New York City area and recently began teaching at the Broadway Bodies dance studio in Chelsea, NYC.  His classes have included music video routines from Beyonce, Michael Jackson, and Janet Jackson. 

One of Jim Diego's routines, a "Thriller" and "Single Ladies" mash-up, was performed at the annual New York Halloween Parade. This routine garnered a small feature in Time Magazine's Year in Pictures of 2009.

Outside of a cappella and dance, Jim works as a project architect working for the City of New York and is also currently pursuing his Masters in Urban Planning at Hunter College.
